Talent Aquisition Lead / Manager

A well known London organisation is looking for an experienced Head of Talent to join it's HR function. This is a great opportunity to join a company that is going through a period of transformation and modernisation,
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 to deliver recruitment needs and projects across the organisation Duties will include:
- Man management of Talent Partners and Recruitment Advisors
- Owning and managing the talent aquisition across the organisation, building pipelines and identifying risks
- Overseeing the company careers page to ensure it maximises potential
- Ensuring the company brand is represented and portrayed in the best possible way
- Managing and partnering with senior stakeholders and advising on recruitment needs
- Taking ownership of recruitment for high level/Director level roles
- Ensuring the team maximise the use of job boards and Linkedin
- Working with and managing external agencies when required
- Supporting the focus on EDI projects and processes
- Workforce planning and driving continuous improvement
- Manage internal recruitment system requirements
To be considered suitable for this Talent Manager role you must have the following skills and experience:
- Proven in-house recruitment experience and team management background (including developing and motivating individuals)
- Strong stakeholder management and partnering experience
- Hands on experience of recruiting for senior level roles
- Experience of recruiting for roles such as commercial, marketing or communications would be ideal but not essential
- Understanding of employment law, recruitment best practice and EDI
- Experience at a strategic level of talent management
- Ability to coach and develop
