A forward-thinking family law firm is searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their business based in the City of London. The firm offers hybrid working so you can work from home up to 2 days per week.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for internal vacancies from job advert posting to onboarding new recruits. You will work closely with third party stakeholders to manage employee branding and sit amongst the Leadership Team, liaising actively with Department Heads. You will have some knowledge of employee engagement and having prior experience with employee learning, development and upskilling teams will be helpful for this role.
To be suitable for this role you will be a dynamic and experienced recruitment professional with excellent communication skills. It is advantageous to have demonstratable experience hiring for roles within the legal sector, but this is by no means a mandatory requirement.
