A government body is seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to be an expert strategic HR and organisational development advisor to senior leaders across the breath of complex HR issues and contribute to the improvement of the design, delivery and implementation of people strategies and solutions.
Based in Swindon. This is a contract role for initially 24 weeks (37 hours per week) from approximately 29th October and paying £74.32per hour, less deductions for insurance, taxes and umbrella company charges (PAYE £55.05 per hour). The closing date is Monday, 13th October.
To be suitable for this role, you must have proven experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or similar senior strategic HR role within a large complex organisation, ideally council / public sector. This would suit a senior HR generalist with broad experience covering strategic alignment, organisational design & change management programmes, talent and development strategy, culture and engagement, performance and capability, data-driven insights, as well as employee relations and risk management.
