Group Technical Test Manager - £66,000 + package
A truly exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Software Test Manager to join a dynamic and well respected SAAS focused International business.
This is a newly created position and reports into the Head of Testing. An exciting opportunity to help shape the Group function. It will have a wide reaching remit, including technically support the Group Technology Testing Services team, including test tool selection, test automation, performance testing, strategic leadership and implementation of technical testing initiatives that align with the Group Technology change agenda.
As manager of the function you will centralise, own and manage test tools and frameworks, strategically align with the DEVOPS group and ensure tools are supportable and meet scalable agile standards.
Additionally you will manage, resource and Lead functional automation projects for application, platforms and services including
- Automaton frameworks
- Automated API testing
- Test Driven development
- DEVEOPS, CI/CD
This position is ideally suited to a pro-active strategic Test Manager with experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment who can demonstrate the following capabilities:
• Customer focussed
• People management and team leadership
• Experienced in non-functional Test delivery & strategist
• Experienced in test automation in applications, platforms and services
• Understand and demonstrates knowledge of professional testing and software delivery standards
• Communication, influencing and relationship-building, at all levels
• Estimation and work allocation
