A globally recognised leader in risk management and claims services, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to the insurance industry is seeking a Contract Programme Manager to lead multiple Agile Scrum teams in the implementation of SAP Public Cloud solutions across AsiaPAC, Australia, Europe, Middle East, and Latin America.

Please note, this role is paying up to £900 per day and will fall inside of IR35 owing to the working hours/interaction with stakeholders. The role is remote with occasional travel into London to meet with stakeholders. There could be the occasional need to travel to other offices in Europe for short trips (where required).

The company has been executing a multi-year, global initiative to migrate from their legacy client management, financial, billing, invoicing, time and expense management platforms onto the SAP Public Cloud solution (including S4/HANA, Replicon, Concur, Procure to Pay, SuccessFactors, C4/CRM).  In managing this programme you’ll:

  • Reconfirm the scope of each country and any differences to the core standard platform implemented
  • Create the implementation roadmap and iterations of value delivery, leveraging an Agile approach
  • Engage each country's stakeholders/business owners to ensure resources are deployed on critical design and deployment activities (data cleansing and readiness), ensuring change management activities are undertaken to align to global processing standards defined by the program, creating business readiness plans for rollout and stabilization
  • Create the program team structure (scrum teams) to iteratively create the value outcomes needed to confidently deliver for each country and drive the work to completion
  • Execute the program governance to manage scope changes to the agreed upon requirements and elevating issues to the overall Program Management Office and Program Sponsors, with appropriate evaluation and data, option analysis and recommendation of action to achieve delivery timelines and stated program benefits.
  • Ensure quality delivery of value for each country and a smooth transition to the steady run state
  • Create effective working relationships with all third party vendor partners engaged on this effort to enable a "one team" culture, focused on creating the value required for program success

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in program management with large, global business and technical implementations, utilising Agile mindset and methodologies.  Additionally, experience in organisational change management, mentoring Agile team members, experience with SAP public cloud implementation, working with varied cultures, and a strong financial background is highly desirable.
