An exciting and innovative business that has been operating for more than 20 years is looking for a driven Software Development Project Manager to oversee an increased number of software and product development projects such as developing scalable data collection, processing and machine learning systems. This is a hybrid role (central London office / working from home) and will initially be a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
As part of the Programme and Operations Management team, the successful candidate will be tasked with managing all new and existing projects ensuring they are delivered within time, budget and to the highest possible quality. Duties will also include liaising with key stakeholders, conducting user research, facilitating project meetings, identifying, and addressing, blockers to projects as well as reviewing and improving existing practices throughout the project lifecycle.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have worked in a Software Project Manager, Development Manager, Product Manager or similar role with proven experience of managing complex software development projects. The ideal candidate will also be Prince 2 qualified with a software development background, however this is not essential.
