Service Lead
- Permanent full time role
- Hybrid working (one day a week in London)
- Salary circa £70,000 plus 20% bonus and benefits
A growing company operating in the insurance space is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Lead to build and develop relationships with external partners as well as internal teams. Duties will include:
- Managing service agreements
- Optimise and develop a more structured service delivery model/framework
- Ensure both services received/provided are in line with contractual agreements
- Being involved in service provision and support requests
- Reporting and monitoring KPI's
- Project and change delivery work
To be considered suitable you will have a strong background in service management/delivery along with the following skills:
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Reporting experience against KPI's
- Understanding of legal agreements and service contracts
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience in either outsourcing services, service provision or being a receiver of services
