As Senior HR Business Partner you will be working as part of a team reporting to and working collaboratively with the Global HR Director to develop & implement people agenda and strategy across a global remit.  This is a leadership role, where you will be directly managing a Junior HR BP, L&D Manager and HR Coordinator so previous people management is required.  It requires both strategic thinking and a willingness to provide practical application with employees at all levels. 

 

You will have previously worked in a role where you have developed strategy for business partnering and talent programs that help to create a great culture and employee experience. 

 

This is a hybrid role, with the requirement to work 3 days in the offices in London Bridge.  Ideally you will have worked in either a financial or professional services environment, managed a small team of HR professionals and have implemented both strategic and operational HR projects across a global remit.

 

This role would suit a flexible, team player who is confident to take ownership of the global client group but who can work collaboratively and build strong business partnerships at all levels across the business.

 

The salary for this role is £110,000 basic plus competitive benefits including flexible working.  Please note this is a hybrid role with the requirement to work from the offices in London Bridge for 3 days a week.
