A London based events and exhibitions company is looking for an experienced Head of IT / IT Manager with a hands on SME background and experience with Salesforce implementation and training.
This role is paying a starting salary of up to £60,000 based on experience. Benefits include hybrid working and 25 days annual leave.
Managing a small IT team as well as external service providers (providing network and web support) you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall infrastructure/IT strategy of the organisation and implementing a number of new systems and software to replace aging legacy systems. One large initial project will be to implement Salesforce across the business. In addition you will get involved with implementing a range of other marketing, sales and events software including Marketo, Cvent and Concur.
To be considered suitable you will need to have a background of providing IT management within an SME environment, ideally from an events or marketing organisation however that isn't essential. It is also a requirement that you have previous managerial experience. In addition you will also need a good understanding of:
- IT operations
- Vendor management
- Websites, CMS and CRM systems
