RPA Business Analyst

Technical Business Analyst - Automation & Digital Change
 
A leading UK insurer is looking for a Business Analyst who has technical automation/digital experience to join their team as part of an exciting digital transformation and change team.
 
This role can be remote/home based as long as you can reach either their Birmingham or London offices once a month. The salary for this Digital Business Analyst role is up to £55,000 plus 20% bonus and benefits.
 
Day to day you will be responsible for;
- Working with business units to analyse and document processes in order to design solutions that will deliver productivity and efficiency gains
- Using and learning RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to analyse and implement solutions. Also utilising C#, UIPath and Power Platform.
- Producing business requirements, acceptance requirements and high quality documentation
- Operating using Agile methodology
- Ensuring SLA's are met. 
 
To be considered suitable you will need to have previous experience in a Business Analyst role ideally covering digital transformation projects. You will ideally need to have technical automation skills and understanding to some degree although you can develop these further within the role. In addition you will need a good understanding of Agile working practices and strong stakeholder management skills.
