Reward Specialist- London, Hybrid - £110,000 – 15 month FTC
We are seeking an immediately available Reward Consultant or Reward Manager to support the design and delivery of reward and benefits initiatives for a global financial services business. This role will focus on developing and implementing reward frameworks, grading structures, benchmarking, and benefits transformation, while contributing to HR transformation projects. The position is offered on a 15-month fixed-term contract and offers hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement reward frameworks aligned with organisational needs.
• Lead job grading and reward benchmarking activities to support fair and competitive reward practices.
• Support and deliver benefits transformation initiatives, including review and implementation.
• Contribute to HR transformation projects in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice on reward and benefits matters and support decision-making.
• Deliver reward-related projects within agreed timelines.
About You:
• Proven experience as a reward or transformation consultant, ideally within financial services.
• Strong expertise in reward framework development, grading, and implementation.
• Experience delivering benefits transformation and benchmarking activities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
The salary on offer for this role is £110,000 plus benefits.
