We're looking for a Rewards Analyst, with exceptional analytical skills, to join a global Education Group on a contract basis.
You will support on the design and implementation of robust pay bands across the organisation in line with the EU Pay Transparency directive. Manage pay and benefit benchmarking to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
On a day-to-day basis you will support the annual pay award process, supporting business leaders. crunching the numbers and translate data insights into actions. Advise HR colleagues and managers on the full spectrum of compensation queries.
Candidates will have
- Proven experience as a reward or compensation analyst, ideally within complex or global organisations.
- Strong expertise in benchmarking and data analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
- A commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion through equitable reward practices.
This is a contract role offered with a rate of between £300-£315 p/day (inside IR35) and is home based. Candidates must be available on an immediate basis.
