A well-established regional organisation based in Uxbridge is seeking a capable Recruitment Officer to join the team. As a business that embraces flexibility you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
Reporting into the People & Culture Advisor you will coordinate the recruitment cycle from start to finish, liaising with agencies and Hiring Managers to source excellent candidates. You will post advertisements, utilise Hireful Software and act as the first point of contact for all applicants. Additionally, you will prepare weekly recruitment updates, prepare offer letters and support with HR administrative duties including maintaining employee records in the HRIS. Your responsibilities will also cover the onboarding process including pre-employment checks and induction processes.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will be an accomplished professional with excellent communication skills and demonstratable expertise in providing a proactive service. You will have solid recruitment experience and will ideally be a CIPD Level 3 qualification. You will also have knowledge of MS Office Applications including Excel coupled with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The team are looking for an organised, tech-savvy recruitment professional with hands-on SharePoint experience.
