Recruitment & HR Advisor

An established global leader is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment & HR Advisor to join their team in Central London (remote / hybrid). This will initially be a fixed term contract for 3 months, with potential to extend to 12 months for the right person.
 
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for leading recruitment across the organisation, ensuring alignment with business needs and nurture an innovative and inclusive workplace culture. The role will also involve facilitating the HR functions within a fast-paced environment, with duties to  include:
  • Managing the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Addressing employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Managing and updating employee files while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
  • Overseeing the global payroll process in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Assisting in developing and updating HR policies and procedures in response to evolving business needs and legislative changes
  • Providing comprehensive HR administrative support to the team
  • Implementing and deploy local, regional, and global HR processes and initiatives
  • Offering guidance and support to People Managers on various HR-related topics
  • Resolving employee issues concerning leaves, compensation, and other HR matters
 
This role would suit a candidate with proven experience in a Recruitment Advisor, Talent Acquisition Advisor, HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or similar role managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ideally for complex / niche roles. Broad knowledge of HR policies, procedures, & best practice as well as employment / labour laws is also essential. Knowledge of regional EU HR or experience in an international NGO, Not for Profit, Charity organisation would be highly beneficial, but not essential.
 
This Recruitment & HR Advisor role offers a competitive salary, up to £45,000 pro rata annually, plus benefits including training and development opportunities, and an attractive holiday package.
