Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

A well established, growing business are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist / Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, providing cover for a colleague who has been seconded to another role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering and directing telephone calls and email enquiries.
Providing administrative support across the business.
Assisting with general office administration and document management.
Supporting the Customer Service Team with administrative tasks as required.
Maintaining a professional and organised reception area.
About You
Previous experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Professional, presentable, and customer-focused.
Well-organised with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage a varied workload.
Ideally located within easy commuting distance of the office.
