A leading global insurance company is looking for an experienced Agile Product Manager to support its internal underwriting and insurance rating roadmap.
This Agile Product Manager role is paying up to £70,000 plus an excellent benefits package including up to 20% bonus. Remote working is currently in place and once normality resumes you will ideally need to be able to access 'either' the London or Birmingham office once or twice a month.
Working as a Product Manager you will be required to deliver business value and projects as well as owning the product vision. You will own the internal insurance products/systems throughout their entire lifecycle . Duties will include:

Representing the product and its best interests with internal and external stakeholders.

Creating a value-driven product vision and roadmap – setting expectations, challenging plans and assumptions and holding them to account

Ensure delivery teams clearly understand the product vision, business outcomes and the value of the work they are performing.

Work with the Delivery Team Lead to drive teams’ performance

Maintain the product backlog ensuring the highest value items are being delivered at all times.

Maintain a detailed knowledge of market factors, the product and product backlog, being able to answer questions whenever required and proactively anticipate change
To be considered suitable you will need to be an experienced Agile (ideally certified) Product/Project Manager along with the following;
- Strong BA skills
- Significant Agile experience
- Ability to collaborate with teams globally
- Skilled in documenting business processes
- Exposure to IT system
- End to end product and project lifecycles and large scale projects
