A multinational household name is looking for a personable and driven IT Product Support Manager to join its expanding team, based in Putney, west London.
In this role you lead a diverse team to support, administer and enhance IT applications, ensuring that a smooth and efficient service is provided to the business. You will lead product design, development and release processes and maintain the product development roadmap.
Working as an integral part of the internal development team, you will be the main conduit for interaction between the IT department and key stakeholders to identify a continuous improvement programme for software applications and systems, improving performance, efficiency, functionality and business utility. You will establish and improve service delivery levels for both current and future products & platforms and formulate a shared service approach for all business units.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be an excellent communicator with proven experience of supporting software applications in an ITIL environment. Previous management experience is highly desirable, and you must also have proven experience of analysing and documenting complex business processes and requirements across core systems.
