A well-established technology business is looking to appoint a Product Launch Coordinator into a newly created role within its Product Management team.
This is a permanent, full-time, office-based position, based locally to Wembley, London. The role will suit a hands-on product launch professional with experience in hard products such as electrical, automotive, or construction products. Candidates must live locally or within a short commuting distance. This role sits at the intersection of product launch and marketing, coordinating new product introductions and ensuring all launch materials are delivered on time.
As the Product Launch Coordinator, you will support new product introductions, working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing teams. You will manage the delivery of content including packaging, point-of-sale materials, brochures, web data, and product imagery. You will also track timelines, escalate issues where necessary, and ensure products are ready for market.
You will work across teams to coordinate tasks, monitor progress using project management tools, and ensure deadlines are met. The role requires someone numeric, highly organised, and confident with Excel and data analysis.
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing hard product launches, ideally in electrical, automotive, or construction products. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to liaise effectively across multiple teams. You will be proactive, confident, and able to take responsibility for driving projects forward.
The salary on offer is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum dependent on the level of experience.
