2-Month Contract - £250 per day - Hybrid, Central London
We’re working with a purpose-led organisation in the UK consumer services space that is going through a significant period of change. To support this transition, they’re looking for a Transformation Coordinator to join on an initial 2 month contract, playing a key role in helping newly formed teams settle, connect, and thrive.
This is a hands-on role, with offices based in London and hybrid working of 1 day a week on-site, where you'll support a Managing Partner in delivering key transformation workstreams. You’ll focus on coordinating onboarding and training processes for two new sub-teams, ensuring consistency, clarity, and a positive experience as the organisation adapts to new ways of working.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the Managing Partner in the delivery of people transformation initiatives

Coordinating onboarding and training for new team members in London

Helping embed new ways of working across teams, driving consistency and alignment

Monitoring progress and identifying operational or people-related issues

Keeping documentation and onboarding tools accurate and up to date

Acting as a point of contact for stakeholders to support communication and coordination
Skills needed:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities

Experience in people operations, HR coordination, learning & development, or transformation

Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels
