Part-time Finance & Admin Officer - Inside IR35 - £20 per hour - Wrexham, North Wales

A government body is seeking an experienced Part-time Finance & Admin Officer to be responsible for all administrative functions pertinent to the Macmillan Funded Welfare Rights Service, including efficient appointment management, case recording and compilation of statistical information.
 
Based in the Wrexham area, North Wales. This is a contract role for initially 22 weeks (22 hours per week) from approximately 29th September and paying £20.18 per hour, less deductions for insurance, taxes and umbrella company charges (PAYE £15.84 per hour). The closing date is Thursday 25th September.
 
Duties will include:
  • Making customer appointments as required 
  • Recording Results of Welfare Rights Officers
  • Compilation of Statistical Information
  • administration of incoming referrals and documents
 
To be suitable for this role you must have experience working in a Business Support Assistant, Team Administrator, Secretary, Personal Assistant or similar administration role. It is essential to be DBS certified with excellent communication and IT skills.
