Operations / Project Manager

A fantastic opening for a small, highly successful, friendly and growing software house that develops an application used by many businesses across multiple sectors.

As the Operations Manager,  you will play an integral role, partnering with the business, working very closely with the directors to keep people on track, while assisting with documentation and management.

In addition, you will also be expected to have fantastic, proven, project management experience as you will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects.

To be considered for this role you must have;

  • A good understanding of troubleshooting methods with a logical and analytical approach.
  • Team management skills
  • Resilience, pro-active and driven attitude
  • Project management experience in an IT/Tech environment.


The right candidate will be tech-savvy with customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment, excellent interpersonal skills and possess a keen interest in modern technology.
