My client are looking for a Marketing Officer to join their team and be responsible for the marketing and communication strategy on a part-time 4 days a week basis. This position requires a flexible and goal driven individual, who is self-motivated and creative. Based just outside of Oxford in Bicester this is a great opportunity to make a difference and drive company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the leadership team to design an annual marketing strategy based on market research and performance review.
- Submit an annual marketing plan and budget aligned with the company's development plan and targets.
- Ensure a strong value proposition and brand differentiation and a clear communication mix and PR strategy.
- Manage and maintain the company's online presence, such as website, social platforms.
- Develop and manage content for communication channels.
- Draft, collate and edit copy for marketing materials.
- Ensure monthly KPI reporting and monitoring is in place and participate in monthly discussions with the leadership team so that data is being used effectively to guide marketing actions.
Skills:
- Previous experience in marketing, PR and communications.
- Proven track record of leading and executing successful campaigns.
- Working knowledge of online content management systems.
