A Luxury Investment, E-commerce and Retail company is seeking a skilled and highly-experienced in-house Head of Marketing to lead on the development and implementation of their overarching and evolving marketing and sales plans.
With their first luxury retail experience opening in Knightsbridge in June, you’ll play a key part in the launch of this store as one part of your role, and will spearhead comprehensive strategies in PR, Paid Advertising, Organic Social Media, and Content Creation to help the company’s continuous growth, both online and in-store.
The successful candidate will help continue to expand the company’s offering of luxury investment assets, and will be responsible for managing a marketing team of 4 and developing all marketing efforts including all paid digital marketing campaigns.
The role is paying up to £100,000 dependent on relevant sector experience (ideally luxury e-commerce/retail) and there is the option to take up some shares. The role is based in their central London office. The company will offer a hybrid working environment with 2/3 days a week at home and 2/3 days in the office.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing with a minimum of 7 years working in a similar role, and a portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise in taking a business from strength to strength, both in terms of brand recognition and revenue, through your employ of core digital marketing strategies
- Experience working within the luxury goods/beverages/retail sector is strongly preferred.
- A commercially orientated B2C marketing leader with a proven track record in combining strategic thinking with exemplary execution skills
- Track record of embracing change and helping a business move forward
- Experience working with CRM and CMS management platforms, particularly Hubspot CRM, Webflow and Wordpress
- Highly adept with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush and AHRefs as well as Meta analytics reporting
- An unmatched ability to spot trends and identify digital marketing opportunities that give the business a competitive edge
- Exceptional grasp of the English language in both written and verbal form
- High proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT and the G-suite equivalents
