Are you an experienced B2B marketer with a flair for digital campaigns and in-person events? Our client, an IT solutions provider within the data resilience space, is seeking a talented B2B Marketing Manager to drive high-quality lead generation across multiple channels.
The Role
Working closely with the Marketing Director, you’ll take the reins on day-to-day marketing execution, freeing up strategic bandwidth for forward planning. Your focus will be on delivering results—executing quarterly campaigns, optimising digital presence, and nurturing prospects through to Sales-qualified status. You’ll work across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, social media, and event delivery to create a seamless, data-driven lead pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Execute quarterly B2B campaigns across digital, email, events, and telemarketing
Manage marketing automation, lead scoring, and data segmentation
Oversee website content, SEO enhancements, and social media presence
Organise and attend UK corporate events, tradeshows, and roundtables
Produce sales enablement assets and marketing collateral
Ensure CRM database accuracy and GDPR compliance
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
4+ years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech or professional services
Proven track record delivering successful multi-channel lead generation campaigns
Confident skills in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Dynamics 365, GA4, etc. a plus)
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
