Marketing Designer - Remote
I’m working with a fast-growing insights consultancy that has recently launched a bold new visual identity. They’re now looking for a Midweight Designer competent in motion and digital design to bring this to life.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who wants to shape how a global brand looks and feels in the market - you’ll be the one making their work move. This role comes with real ownership and variety: one week you might be producing a brand film, the next designing digital campaigns, interactive reports, or event materials. You’ll have creative freedom within a business that genuinely values design, and you’ll be part of a small, ambitious team where your work will be seen and celebrated.
You’ll report into the Senior Content Marketing Manager and work closely with marketing leadership, business development, practice leads, and external digital partners. The remit is broad and creative, spanning brand campaigns, digital experiences, and content that feels fresh and modern.
You will be responsible for:

Designing social and digital content with a polished, B2C-quality aesthetic

Creating motion graphics, animations, and short-form video edits that stop the scroll

Building interactive assets, simple web wireframes, and layouts that feel alive

Transforming long-form reports and PDFs into engaging, scrollable experiences

Translating big ideas into visuals that make an impact

Experimenting with AI tools to spark new ideas and streamline workflows
What we’re looking for

Strong eye for typography, colour, and composition

Motion design skills that tell stories, not just decorate

Confident with Figma, Canva, Adobe CC, and After Effects (Premiere or equivalent a bonus)

Experience on projects that don’t feel like traditional corporate comms

Curious, creative, and eager to push design forward
