A household name charity is looking for an accomplished Communications Executive to join its team based in Central London, on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract.
The Communications Executive will ensure that all service users are fully engaged and communicated with effectively. Working closely with a Senior Manager you will assist in implementing strategies designed to ensure the organisation is user-centred and delivers a great experience. You will support the Senior Manager in delivering programs to connect and engage service users, supporting an ecosystem aimed at sharing knowledge, leveraging support, and celebrating successes.
You will use the CRM system to communicate with stakeholders, building up a network of corporate, institutional & academic partners, and will constantly look for ways to refine and improve the experience for all users. You will be expected to exemplify the values of transparency, collaboration, inclusion, curiosity, and kindness.
In order to be suitable for this role, you must be an exceptional communicator with previous experience of coordinating projects. You will be passionate about providing exceptional support and service to all stakeholders and will embrace innovation and process improvement. Your role will be focused on helping to deliver an end-to-end user journey that ensures an outstanding experience and high level of engagement.
