Learning and Development Manager - £65,000 – West London
A highly successful and well established retail organisation are looking for a personable, engaging Learning and Development Manager to join their team. As the Learning and Development Manager you will to lead the design, delivery and ongoing management of learning programmes; working with the business to ascertain learning needs at an individual, departmental and organisational level.
As the L&D Manager, you will manage a small team to create a culture of continuous development; designing fit for purpose learning programmes and evaluating their impact. You will create the L&D strategy from inception to implementation and will create plans from learning needs analysis. As well as the strategy, you will manage budgets, coach, support and develop your team and work with senior stakeholders to align the learning agenda to the needs of the business.
In addition, you will proactively try to drive digital learning tools; creating interesting, innovative programmes that engage the team.
