Learning and Development Advisor – L&D – Brentford - £45,000

 

A highly successful and rapidly growing business are looking for a personable and passionate Learning and Development Specialist to join their team.

 

The principal objective of this L&D Specialist role is to support and work with the Learning and Development Manager to create and deliver relevant training and development interventions across the business.  This will include the development of leadership capability, onboarding content development, eLearning content development,  and supporting the creation, transition and introduction of a Learning Management System.

 

Working with the L&D Manager and the team, you will help support the shaping of the learning strategy - comprising of onboarding, colleague development and management development, identifying development opportunities to ensure a blended learning approach such as e-learning, workshops, action learning and coaching.  You will support the design, development and facilitation of all programmes, linking benefit and outcomes to strategic direction and in support of the broader talent strategy. Additional responsibilities will include:

 

Manage the end-to-end process in all things related to the current and any future Learning Management Systems (LMS) and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure it is fit for purpose.

Assist with overseeing the procurement process for any new and improved content requirements, making suitable recommendations and following through to implementation.

Plan the roll out of digital learning resources and materials by creating and managing the L&D roadmap in line with organisational objectives.

Conduct needs analyses, supporting the development of e-learning courses, using digital learning tools and manage the entire instructional design process for e-learning projects

Support with all internal programmes to ensure they embed our values, behaviours & capabilities.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £45,000 plus benefits.
