Please note, this is a home-based, fully remote position.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Data Engineer within a global business.
You’ll take the lead on the development of resources across multiple applications, existing and new implementations! Facilitate the design and build of integrated enterprise applications. Communicate confidently with users, business analysts and technical staff. Develop and maintain technical specifications, flowcharts and timetables for the development of programs, databases and reports. Automate solutions and ensure security and privacy practices are in place.
Ideally you will have experience in most of the following:
- Solid background in developing and configuring applications
- SQL Server 2016 or above
- developing SQL Server (TSQL)
- cloud services, preferably Azure
- SSIS 2014
- Python programming
- Good understanding of CI/CD (Azure devops preferred)
