A well-established professional services firm is seeking a personable IT Support Technician to join its team. This organisation embraces flexibility so you can work from home up to 3 days per week. All candidates must hold a valid driving license as occasional travel to other offices will be required.
The main responsibilities for the IT Support Technician will include providing 1st and 2nd line support to users and assisting with technical advice on new software and hardware developments. You will be the first point of contact for technical queries so excellent communication skills and powers of analysis are prerequisites.
In order to be suitable for this role you will be a proactive IT Support Analyst with proven desktop support skills, ideally in a cloud based environment. You will hold strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Azure and Windows, whilst exposure to Exchange, SharePoint and Windows Server would be advantageous to your application. Prior experience with the ServiceNow helpdesk ticketing system or a similar product would also be useful.
