We are looking for a Mac Engineer to take on an 8 week contract with one of our clients within Higher Education. You will be responsible for deploying, managing, and maintaining the clients devices using JAMF and Microsoft Intune. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the clients end-users have a seamless and secure experience. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in macOS deployment and management.
Key Responsibilities
Device Deployment & Management
Configure, deploy and manage macOS laptops and devices using JAMF and Microsoft Intune.
Software & Application Management
Deploy, update and maintain software and applications and ensure compliance with software licensing and security policies.
User support & collaboration
Be the key point of contact for Mac related queries.
Skills required:
- Proven experience in a similar role deploying Mac products.
- Hands-on experience using JAMF and Microsoft Intune.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10 operating systems.
