IT Support Analyst / Service Desk Engineer - Stanmore (NW London)
A charity organisation based in the Stanmore area of North West London is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join its IT department This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in IT with a friendly and supportive team. The organisation does have some additional local sites so you will need access to a car to be considered suitable.
Day to day responsibilities will include providing 1st and 2nd line (onsite and remote) IT support across a range of technologies including:
- Windows Server
- Windows OS
- Office 365
- Active Directory/Group Policy
- Networking (switches/routers/firewalls)
- Email systems
- Hardware support
The salary on offer for the role is up to £27,000 and the company offer a range of benefits including increased holiday. The working week is 35 hours Monday - Friday.
To be considered suitable you will need to have previous IT support experience (ideally 1st and 2nd line helpdesk/desktop support) and be local to the Stanmore area. It is also essential that you have a car in order to travel to other sites occasionally and preferably an understanding of cyber security within IT.
