A well-established IT Services Business is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join its technology team. The company embraces hybrid working and would be happy for you to work 1 day from home. The office is based in Leicester City Centre and has free parking. This role will include some travel/client visits and will require a full UK driving licence.
Working as an integral part of a team of engineers you will provide 2nd line support for all system and user issues. Consummate communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as you will be expected to provide a first-class user experience at all times.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will have demonstrable expertise in supporting Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365 paired with a good understanding of networking (switches/routing/firewalls). Any prior experience with Azure, HyperV, or San would be advantageous to your application but is by no means necessary.
