A well-established business is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Engineer to join its team. The organisation embraces flexible and hybrid working and would require 2 days in the office per week.
Working as an integral part of an IT team you will provide 1st and 2nd line support for all system and user issues within a predominantly Mac environment. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining both software and hardware components, as well as managing IT licenses, providing IT advice to employees and liaising with third party vendors to manage complex system issues. Consummate communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as you will be expected to provide a first-class user experience at all times.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will have demonstrable expertise supporting Apple Operating Systems such as Mac OS/IOS/OSx. You will also have experience within a Windows environment supporting Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 11 and SharePoint. Experience with device management tools (e.g. SCCM, Intune, JAMF) and networking is also a prerequisite.
