IT Support Analyst

A highly successful Architectural firm is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team, based in Central London. Please note this is an office based role so you will work on site 5 days per week.

Working as an integral part of a small high-performance team, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support for all system and user issues across multiple sites for 200+ employees.

In order to be suitable for this role you MUST be a personable IT Support Analyst with demonstrable expertise supporting Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11 and Windows Server. OS, Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows Server. In addition to this, experience supporting design specific tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud or Autodesk Revit would be advantageous to your application but is not essential.
