A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced IT Service Management Specialist to join its IT Service Delivery function. This is a pivotal role responsible for working across supplier relationships, contract management, IT asset management, software licencing and IT procurement.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing end-to-end supplier contract lifecycle processes

Leading on vendor governance and performance management activity

Overseeing IT asset and software licence management

Ensuring compliance with procurement and governance standards

Reporting and spend analysis

Identifying opportunities to optimise supplier performance and reduce costs

Supporting service delivery teams with commercial and asset visibility
To be considered sutiable for this service delivery role you will need to have the following skills/experience:

Experience in IT contract management, vendor management, procurement management or IT asset management

Knowledge of supplier governance and procurement processes

Experience managing IT assets and/or software licensing

Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience using asset management or procurement systems
