Service Delivery Manager
- Full time permanent role
- Hybrid (Chiswick 3 days a week)
- Salary up to £65,000 plus 25 days holiday and travel covered
A reputable West London firm are currently looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their IT team. This role will work to ensure internal users receive efficient IT support from both internal and external teams. Duties will include:
- IT Helpdesk management
- Analysis of services received and planning for future improvements and service enhancements
- Ensuring availability of IT support resources
- Making sure support functions are fully equipped and trained
- Hands on support when required (Windows OS, MS Teams, Microsoft 365)
- Working with internal/external support and working to ensure SLA's/KPI's are met
To be considered suitable you will need the following skills/experience:
- Ability to get to the West London area three times a week
- Team leadership/management
- Good understanding of service management strategy and continuous improvement
- Technical background and understanding of Microsoft technologies
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
