IT Portfolio / Programme Lead
- Full time permanent role
- Salary circa £85,000 plus bonus and benefits
- Lincolnshire based (hybrid twice a week in the office)
A leading retail business based in Lincoln is looking for a Senior Solution Delivery Manager to build an internal programme delivery solution function and manage a team of Delivery/Project Managers. This newly created role will establish best practice while overseeing delivery of multiple programmes.
Duties will include:
- Man management of IT Delivery team
- Overseeing end to end delivery of mujltiple IT solutions, programmes and portfolios
- Driving change and delivering outcomes to support overall business transformation
- Establishing best practice and delivery standards across the organisation
- Stakeholder engagement and managing third party vendors
- Leading the delivery team to deliver solutoions on time, budget and within scope
- Managing internal resources
- Budget management and forecasting
- Alligning delivery to business needs
To be considered sutiable for this Senior Solution Delivery Manager you will need the following skills/experience:
- Solid background in Programme/Portfolio management
- Strong team management/leadership
- Strong solution delivery across IT verticals
- Good understanding methodologies including Waterfall/Agile
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal/external)
- Strong experience across change and transformation within large businesses.
- Experience in developing standards and best practice in project delivery and IT transformation
