A global creative agency based in Central London is seeking a capable IT Helpdesk Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This role incorporates hybrid working so you’re able to work from home twice per week.
Reporting into the Head of IT, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to users globally. You will support the day-to-day maintenance of the IT system, configure hardware and troubleshoot technical issues. You will be a key player in maintaining the infrastructure including supporting a user base of 100+.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Office 365, Windows, and Active Directory. You will be a keen, motivated IT professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment. A relevant degree in IT is advantageous but by no means necessary.
