A multinational household name is looking for a personable and driven IT Change Manager to join its expanding team, based in Putney, west London. Please note the organisation embraces flexibility so you will be able to work from home 3 or 4 days per week.

In this role you will assist in managing the change process, ensure that any necessary changes are reviewed, communicated, and delivered safely into a live environment, whilst contributing to evolving current IT Service Management processes and practices. You will lead product design, development and release processes and maintain the product development roadmap.

Working as an integral part of the internal development team, you will be the main conduit for interaction between the IT department and key stakeholders to identify a continuous improvement programme for software applications and systems, improving performance, efficiency, functionality and business utility. You will establish and improve service delivery levels for both current and future products & platforms and formulate a shared service approach for all business units.

In order to be suitable for this role you must be an excellent communicator with proven experience of supporting software applications in an ITIL environment as well as a good understanding of modern technologies, including cloud services. Previous management experience is highly desirable, and you must also have proven experience of analysing and documenting complex business processes and requirements across core systems.
