A reputable global brand is looking for a talented IT Business Analyst to join a large established technical team - this is a hybrid role (50:50 working from home and impressive offices in the Paddington area, Central London). Reporting into both the Chief Technical Operations Officer and IT Director, the successful candidate will support technical operations in delivering the technology elements that underpin both the strategic vision and technical plans for the business. Duties will include studying business functions and determining operational objectives to improve performance, scoping requirements and designing solutions, preparing technical reports, co-ordinating financial, product, market, operational and related research, chairing Change Control Board meetings as required as well as communicating with project stakeholders.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience working in a Technical IT Business Analyst role working across a broad range of IT initiatives, ideally for a medium to large-sized user base in a fast-moving industry. It is essential to have first-class communication and organisational skills with proven experience presenting to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have a technical background and relevant industry certifications (ITIL Foundation, IIBA, Prince 2...etc.), but this is not essential.

This role is paying up to £69,000 benefits including discretionary bonus, pension, season ticket loan and 25 days annual leave.
