A growing and ambitious UK technology business is looking to appoint an Internal Sales Executive to support its continued commercial growth.
This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role near Wembley, London. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is looking to take the next step and build long-term progression within a supportive, commercially focused environment. The successful candidate will be available to start in March and will live a short, commutable distance to their office near Wembley.
As Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth within the electrical wholesale channel. Working closely with the External Sales team, you will help develop existing accounts while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities. Full product and industry training will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:

Proactively contacting existing and prospective customers

Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities

Managing the sales process from enquiry to close

Building strong customer relationships via phone and email

Upselling across targeted accounts

Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking your pipeline

Supporting the wider sales team where required
The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a customer service, telesales or internal sales role. You will be confident and proactive, with strong communication skills and good IT literacy. Experience within the electrical wholesale sector is advantageous but not essential.
Salary: £30,000 basic + OTE up to £35,000.
