HR Systems Manager - Coventry

- Salary up to £50k plus flexible/hybrid working
A well know organisation is looking for an experienced HR Systems Team Lead to join a team responsible for looking after the internal HRIS and ensuring it delivers across business requirements. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Driving data quality
- Delivering system upgrades, improvements and optimisation through effective project management
- Ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of HR system
- Reporting and data analysis
- Supporting junior members of the HR systems team
To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills/experience:
- Experienced across HR systems management (ideally Workday but other HRIS considered)
- Previous experience of project managing system upgrades/maintenance
- HR data management
- Understanding of system flows, process mapping and application support
