HR People Partner - Sports Sector
A world famous sports brand based in West London are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their growing team. This is a fantastic time to join at a time of real growth and investment and will give you the opportunity to be an integral part of an expanding team. Flexible working is offered – this role is 35 hour week with the requirement to work three days in the office and two at home.
As the HR BP you will provide generalist HR support to various stakeholders and team across the business. You will need to have up to date knowledge of UK employment law as well as a hands on approach; this would suit someone that enjoys both an operational and strategic role. You will partner with senior stakeholders; ensuring a comprehensive HR services is offered to all areas of the business. This roles remit will cover employee relations, coaching and advising line manager on best practice, contributing to their D&I programme, ensuring policies and procedures are kept up to date, talent acquisition and employee engagement.
This HR Business Partner role would suit an motivated, personable CIPD qualified HR professional that really enjoys making an impact. You will have great attention to detail, brilliant interpersonal skills and will love developing strong working relationships.
The salary on offer is £55,000 plus benefits including hybrid working, 25 days annual leave, pension and more.
