HR Manager – P/T - £50,000 pro rata
A fabulous opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a fast-growing tech company offering flexibility and generous benefits. This is a newly created role and will see you working with a great team of professionals who are committed to the success of the company. The position is part time – 15-16 hours a week over two full days or three shortened days.
As the HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all HR polices and processes are up to date and be the first point of contact for all HR related matters. You will oversee recruitment for the company from interview to onboarding and induction as well as dealing with all ER issues including appraisals, disciplinaries, grievances and the staff welfare program. In addition you will also manage the administration for the payroll and benefit related schemes and be responsible for all areas of compliance and office processes including GDPR and ISO 9001.
The ideal candidate will have experience within HR ideally in a similar role where you will have been responsible for managing office processes and systems and will have the following:
Experience within a generalist HR role
Sound knowledge of Employment law
Previous experience of managing office systems and processes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
