A dynamic, creative company specialising in producing high-quality scenery for the entertainment industry, are seeking a HR Manager to join the team on a part time basis.
This part-time role will be two days per week, based in their office in East London - hybrid working is offered.
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, developing and executing HR strategies, initiatives and process that align with business strategy. You will be the first point of contact on HR matters, you will proactively advise Directors and lead on HR strategy, policies, employee relations, retention, staff development and recruitment.
Your key responsibilities as HR Manager will include advising on UK employment law, training line managers, handling employee relations cases, recruitment and selection at all levels, employee engagement and advising on employee rewards. You will also be involved in learning and development including training delivery and design and focus on improving HR systems, practises and processes.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualified with 5+ years of experience in HR within an SME. You will have good MS Office skills, excellent knowledge of UK employment law and great people and communication skills.
The salary on offer is up to £60,000 per annum pro rata.
