A highly successful and well-established business based in North West London are looking for a HR Manager to join the team.

As the HR Manager, reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR, proactively advising directors and managers, leading on HR strategy, policies, employee relations, staff retention and development and operational HR. You will manage and oversee the Talent Business Partner who looks after recruitment and training and development activities.
Your key responsibilities as HR Manager will include leading, evolving and implementing HR strategies and policy. You will champion performance management – working with the management team to build a strategy and create a performance review cycle. You will coach managers in the UK and Europe and advocate for employees, ensuring that reward and recognition programs are competitive, reviewing current benefits and compensation structures, administer salary increases and bonus/commission schemes and manage to successful conclusion all employee related issues. You will also ensure the alignment of workplace policies and procedures with legal mandates and employment legislation and ensure legal compliance throughout HR.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 7 qualified with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a small/mid-sized growing business. You will have excellent knowledge of UK employment law, strong ER experience and will enjoy being proactive, developing staff and nurturing employee satisfaction.
The salary on offer is up to £65,000 per annum.
