A reputable firm of family law solicitors is searching for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join its team in Central London. Hybrid working is available so you will have the flexibility to work from home on Monday’s and Friday’s.
In this standalone role, for a small organisation, you will cover a wide remit including the day-to day HR function as well as managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Other responsibilities will include managing internal vacancies, liaising with third party stakeholders regarding employee branding, developing employee relations and evolving the firm’s benefits package.
With an element of learning and development in this role, upskilling the current team is important therefore prior experience of working alongside personal development plans would be useful.
