A rapidly growing business based in Birmingham are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you can quickly add value.
Please note this role will initially be office based before moving to a hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home).
This role would suit an experienced HR generalist currently working as a HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor who enjoys both an operational and strategic role including internal recruitment.
As the HR Manager your key responsibilities will include designing people strategies and plans, creating people policies and procedures, setting up learning and development programmes to meet the needs of the organisation, creating employee engagement initiatives and designing pay scales and benefits packages. You will also be providing advice, guidance and coaching to managers and providing a welcoming, open door HR support function to all employees of the business. In addition, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process across key head office departments, you will manage VISA processes for international candidates, identify and retain key talent across the organisation, advise on employment contracts and develop a local attraction strategy to tap into new and emerging candidate pools.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5+ qualified with proven recruitment and HR management experience. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation and good knowledge of UK employment law.
The salary on offer is up to £45,000pa with a benefits package that includes 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) which increases with service, an extra day off for your birthday, private healthcare, wellbeing services, training and development opportunities and opportunities for advancement.
