The successful candidate will manage employee relations matters, support transformation projects, and use workforce data to inform decision-making. You will play an important role in embedding improved processes and helping create a high-performing, inclusive, and safety-focused culture.

You will lead recruitment and retention activities, support succession planning, and help ensure the business has the skills and capability required for future growth. A key aspect of the role will be coaching and supporting managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership capability, while providing practical and commercially focused HR guidance.

To succeed in this role, you will have be an accomplished HR Manager or HR Business Partner with a strong knowledge of UK employment law, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
